A life intentionally lived results in a constant series of transformations and evolutions; I never remain static. My pregnancy began a great transformation. Once initiated into parenthood, all of my shadows and bright powers have come to the center, to be hammered, re-forged, and refined.I strive for simplicity, presence, and joy in my life. I do the Work of a lifetime: knowing and integrating all of my parts — which includes figuring out how to provide excellent care for a small child while also bathing regularly.
